Ive been with OG for about a month now and have had a few successes. It seems hard to get people to sign up. Can you tell me how you are doing and what successes you have had...

Ex: Phone call follow up to team or prospect. You say Hey (NAME) i was wondering if you can do me a favor. I'm running late and we are low some (example) like coffee cups, sugar, coffee stirrers or creamer. Could you do me a favor and buy (example) from whatever store. Could you swing by whatever CJM location and I will reimburse you?

Pls go back to basic...... no doubt I am also new here but with the past experiences and expertise in networking and marketing. For the next 100 days I can sense something BIG will happen with me in OG Malaysia. Consistently see minimum 2 Solid person/day and implement our system accordingly...... ASK!!!!!!

STEP#1: RETURN ON YOUR INITIAL INVESTMENT
Go to your OG Back Office, to COMPANY RELATED DOCUMENTS and download THE MEMORY JOGGER, OG SALES SCRIPT & 4-QUESTIONS SCRIPT.
Take the time and complete THE MEMORY JOGGER. When complete you should have a list of no less than 50 Coffee Drinkers and 50 Business Builders. You list should be long and strong.
A word of advice, do not pre-think or pre-judge anyone, so as to exclude them from you list. Include everyone you know.
Next you are going to call ALL OR GET IN CONTACT with the persons on your list. Use the dialogue in THE OG SALES SCRIPT as a guide. Doing this within 48 hours of signing up, you will at least sell 50% of your initial Distributor Pack at Retail Price before it is delivered to you. This is called Pre-selling.
Let us do some maths here…
If you signed up with a Bronze Pack which cost you $150.00 and contains eight (8) boxes of product. You have a list of 50 Coffee Drinkers and let us for example and use the lowest industry conversion rate of 10%. That would be 5 persons saying yes to purchasing product. If 2 persons purchase 2 boxes each and the other remaining 3 persons only purchased 1 each, that would total 7 out of your 8 boxes sold at an average price of $32 per box = $224. See how simple and easy it is done?
My word of advice…
Reinvest ALL that you have collected from the sale of your initial Business Pack into order new products because you are going to need it.
You haven’t become a product of the product yet, started sampling or asking those 5 persons who are now your Customers for referrals.
If you follow this principle for the first 30 days, you will in no time, start moving minimum a case (30 boxes) of products per month and become part of the OG Case Club.
Let us do it!!!

I am finding it hard also. I am Dual Qualified, one side has 2 under them and nobody on that leg is doing anything, not even their autoship, a dead leg there. The other side is doing their autoship but hasn't been able to sign anyone up or get any customers. I do have 1 customer. We have had the CJM and having trouble getting people to show up for it. We scheduled it, had 10 people confirmed they were coming, on that day everyone backed out but 1 person and then they wasn't interested. I have my uplines travel almost 2 hrs to help with the CJMs, pay $125 for a meeting room, then this happens! I'm just not understanding how to get people to commit. Went to a CJM in St. Louis and the house was packed!!! Very frustrating! I refuse to give up tho!!! I Believe!!!

To answer Garri Davis' post on "Difference between someone signing up & personally sponsoring someone"
Now this is an excellent question!!! because you still have many persons who are involved in OG and network marketing who do not know the difference, technically.
Many Distributors have persons who sign up with them and think they have PERSONALLY SPONSORED SOMEONE...
Here is the wake up call now...
You have not personally sponsored someone until:-
1. They have hit their Dual Team & have no less than 10 serviceable Customers. Anything short of that, you are missing the mark...
2. The personally sponsored Team Member is now in a position to effectively train their new Dual Team members to do the same.
If you have not achieved that you have not personally sponsored someone.
Will everyone want to be personally sponsored?
NO!!!
Not everyone who joins your team, will have a vision of success, listen and follow your instructions, which will be to their own demise.
What do you do then, if someone won't follow the plan?
You work with them for a while and if they do not respond. STOP WASTING TIME ON THEM AND RECRUIT SOMEONE ELSE WHO WANTS SUCCESS AND WORK WITH THAT PERSON!!!
That's it, straight from the hip...

1. Ensure that all your emails have an opt-in or opt-out selection. This will make you emails do not get flagged as a SPAM.
2. The wording of the emails depends on what you want to highlight and promote at any given time. Try not to promote more than one thing at a time, either products or business opportunity. Also you need to include a "Call To Action" in your email. Giving precise information what the reader must do, by a certain time frame to benefit.

You are new to the business, so what you really need to concentrate on now is to retail your initial product pack.
You did not indicate what product pack you signed up as.
Download, print and fill out you OG MEMORY JOGGER with no less than 50 Coffee Drinkers and 50 Business Builders. The more people you can add to you list the better. Make it long and strong. Do not pre-think for anyone, just add everyone.
Next download, print and practice the "OG SALES SCRIPT". Practice it until it becomes natural.
After you feel comfortable with the Sales Script, start calling persons on the list using the Sales Script and watch your product pack disappear.
Remember when you sell half of your product pack, you will have broken even.
Do not worry about recruiting people right now. Build your Customer base and recoup you initial investment.
